Expansion is a joyful and enlightening class that is transformational for attendees. Expansion is the only Brainspotting Frame that accesses the solution to the issue (problem) or the desired feeling, thoughts and behaviors the client wants. It is not Activated or Resource (less activated) Brainspotting. Expansion Brainspots are far more transcendent and powerful, allowing our clients to fast-forward their deepest needs and desires with “bottom-up” processing.”

Here are the most important Expansion Applications and Course Objectives:

1. Solve the issue of clients who say "I don't want to Brainspot today."
2. Produce deep, subcortical results through Expansion Brainspotting.
3. Use Expansion Brainspotting to get better outcomes for your clients with less suffering.
4. Discover how to help your clients to "bear the unbearable" using Brainspotting techniques for your most fragile clients.
5. Examine how to help your clients achieve deeply desired states of being, such as peace, joy, or presence.
6. Identify how ALL of your clients can benefit from Performance Expansion Brainspotting set-ups, not just athletes and creative performers.
7. Show how you can use your client's spirituality alongside Expansion to heal their worst and most complex traumas.
8. Illustrate set-ups such as "Truth & Lie" Double Spotting to deprogram the lie that breeds shame and self-loathing.
9. Discover how to effectively use a 'Healing Overeating' Brainspotting Set-up.
10. Apply Expansion to instill the deepest truth - that your clients have always been, and always will be worthy and lovable
11. Apply the Expansion process through three practicums.
12. Examine how to do effective intakes for athletes, creative performers, and clients with everyday performance goals such as getting in shape or doing art again.
13. Differentiate how to safely Brainspot your suicidal clients.

Techniques are taught with Power Point lecture, step by step instructions, discussion with Q & A, demonstrations and practicums, case presentations, and easy to use hand-outs. Attendees will learn how to effectively use Expansion Brainspotting with the majority of their clients and with much more effective results.
